Configuring the journeys is an important step as it makes sure to whom the content has been assigned with the Reminder actions and Escalations so that all the given actions are completed within a time frame.
As you can see in the image below
Adjacent to Green Colored Save button, we have option to Configure our Journeys
When you click on configure, you will get the settings box opened to assign your journeys which has 3 Substeps:
We will look closely at the each substep
Recipient & Sender: Helps you assign the journeys to a Specific person , Role or Employee with defining sender role and specific person simultaneously, as you can see in the image below
You have he list of defined senders such as HR manager, Admin , Recruiter
Reminders: Reminders helps you to create a rule for notifying the candidates the timeline to complete certain tasks, for example if a is incomplete for 3 days, then an email reminder will be sent by adding a required template.
Escalations: Escalations working similar as reminders will help to create rules for escalations of journeys if incomplete for days then send an email to the recipient & their connections.
Click on save once added the days and emails.
