Get a summarized view of all the cases and agents that are being managed by an individual vendor. The overview also helps vendor admins decide what action to take next. |

An aggregation of all the cases taken on by the vendor regardless of their status |

A directory of all the vendor agents who are part of the company and are working cases |

Overview Tab
A summarized view of all the cases and agents managed by that specific vendor.
Cases Tab
An aggregate of all the cases managed by the vendor. The filter allows the vendor to switch between different types of cases such as In Progress, Closed Cases, On Hold, Unclaimed, Ready to Resume, and Offer Drop.
Agents Tab
A directory of all the vendor's agents that work at the company.
