Introducing the Vendor Hub for verification vendors

The Vendor Hub for verification vendors is a tool that helps all 3rd party vendors easily view, manage and complete verification checks for their customers.

Vendors can do the following with the Vendor Hub:

1. Add, view and manage all vendor agents

2. View all unclaimed, on hold, and in-progress cases

3. Assign & reassign agent based on their workload

4. Monitor the progress of each vendor
