   A WIP case is a work in progress case that has been approved based on conditional approval. When a WIP case is approved, they can proceed with the

4. The employee has uploaded the insufficient documents requested by the vendor but the BGC vendor is not seeing the documents.
   Here is how it works when an insufficiency is raised:

   1. Form & Document Insufficiency: The employee has to submit the form and only after that the documents will flow to the BGC Vendor

   2. Document Insufficiency only: The documents will flow to the vendor (as long as there is no open form)

   3. Form Insufficiency only: The form will be submitted and sent to the vendor
