Step 1: The first thing to do is to check if you have the access to Journey Builder by checking if your navigation has the 'Journeys' tab. If not you need to request access.
Step 2: The access you have to Tydy is based on your role and responsibilities established within your organization. Here are a few steps to follow if you don’t have access:
Check with your HR / IT team for access
If you’ve been told that you need to have access to this feature, you should contact the team responsible for Tydy within your organization to request access
When you have been given access
Log out and log back in to check if the additional feature has been enabled on your Control Center. If you are seeing your page like below then you have the access to the journey builder.
