Introducing Journeys

Every employee is unique and the information that you send them needs to be personalized. This is what you can do with "Journeys" - build unique content journeys and more importantly automate them.


Journeys allow you to add and schedule content for each new hire, so this is the tab where you can create, view, edit or delete all the journeys you may have created. When you navigate to the Journey tab, you will see a list of existing campaigns that are already created. From here, you can choose to either create a new journey or edit an existing one. Over here you can do the following:

  • Create a journey

  • Add varied types of content to a timeline

  • Edit or delete a journey

  • Create specific targeting criteria for each journey
