Understanding Level-based content
- What are Levels?
Levels are series of stages through which you need to pass as you learn more about the company.
- How do I complete a level?
You need to complete a level (go through the content & take the evaluation quiz) before you can view the next level. As you advance in levels and increase your knowledge about the company, you also earn points. There is no timeline by which you need to complete a level and you can proceed at your own pace.
Recommendation: We do recommend that you go through the content/document shared at each level carefully before proceeding to the next level. Do not be in a rush to finish all the levels by simply clicking on the document or skimming through them.
Understanding Evaluation Tests
Your company wants you to have a thorough idea of the business, its history & various policies, and has set up different levels accordingly so that by the end of all the levels, you feel comfortable talking about the company, industry and your role. Here are some rules about the evaluation tests -
- A single question or a series of multiple-choice questions set up at the end of every level
- You have to answer all the questions correctly to proceed to the next level
- If you get one answer wrong, you may have to revisit the content to find the right answer to the question/s you got wrong
- You have to start all over again till you get all the answers right
- What are points on Tydy and why do they matter?
Points are awarded to you as a reward for completing your tasks, read articles and watch the videos shared by your company. It's not only content, but staying engaged on the platform in other ways also gives you points.
Points currently help you compete on the leaderboard with other employees but over time they will also be used to unlock new benefits for you as an employee.
- How can I earn points?
Points can be earned by consuming content (text, image or video) shared by the company or completing certain actions on the platform. Every time you engage with new content on Tydy, there is a potential to earn points.
Recommendation: Always ensure that you've read all the content that's been shared with you in the Inbox and Dashboard. Make sure you don't leave anything in your inbox 'unread' as this might change the way you perceive certain aspects of your company..
