To create a new campaign, start by tapping on the blue ‘New campaign’ button on the screen.
- A pop-up will be revealed where you enter the details related to your campaign.
- Name: Give your campaign a name
- Campaign type: Select Standard campaigns
- Trigger event: This is the primary event that your campaign is designed around
- Select ‘Next’ once you have entered these details.
- You will now be taken to a new screen and can start adding content.
- To get started select the ‘Create your first content’ button. Then select whether you want to add content on, before or after the trigger event and hit ‘Add’.
- Once you have selected when you want to share, you can select the type of content.
- There are 3 primary content types: Question, Task or a Content Document
- Based on the Tydy set up for your company, you may also have access to certain 'Feature Modules'.
- Select one of them to start creating a new piece of that content
- If you already have content you have created in the past that you want to add, you can ‘Browse Library’ and select the content from there.
- For this example, let's create and add a Content Document
- As soon as you create and add content, it is displayed on the timeline.
- You can repeat these actions and continue to add more content to create the perfect sequence of content and actions for your campaign.
- If you need to 'Edit' or 'Delete' content from the timeline, you can hover over the three dots content row and take action accordingly.
